What adjustments do you offer?
- Manual adjustment. The classic chiropractic treatment, done by hand, applying direct pressure at specific points.
- The Activator Method. A spring-loaded, hand-held instrument that delivers a rapid, low-force impulse.

What about rehabilitation and exercise?
Rehabilitation combines adjustments and other therapies, usually with a program of exercises for home. Corrective exercises may be how your treatment continues outside the office. The office also offers spinal screens and lifestyle advice, and lists pregnancy and pediatric care among its services.

That comes out of your exam. Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan, so two people with sore necks may not get the same care.
